Recursion is seeking a visionary Head of DMPK to redefine drug discovery by leading the DMPK strategy from hit-identification to clinical development.

The ideal candidate holds a PhD and has over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on small molecules and regulatory interactions. This hybrid position is based in London, requiring in-office presence at least 50% of the time.

Annual base salary ranges from £166,500 to £208,100, with eligibility for bonuses and equity compensation.
