Role Overview
The Head of Digital Assets Sales is responsible for leading Lightnet’s institutional digital asset sales strategy across Asia. This role owns revenue growth, corridor expansion, team performance, and strategic partnerships across stablecoin settlement, OTC liquidity, and institutional payment flows.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth:
- Define and execute the digital assets sales strategy across priority corridors.
- Own TPV, revenue, and corridor performance targets.
- Drive adoption of Lightnet’s stablecoin settlement, on/off-ramp, and treasury solutions.
- Develop corridor‑specific go‑to‑market and pricing strategies aligned with regulatory constraints.
- Sales Leadership:
- Build, manage, and mentor a regional team of senior sales managers.
