Job Overview Arbor School seeks a Head of Design and Technology to lead the Food Technology and Resistant Materials department in the Secondary School.
Job Summary The successful candidate will be proficient and experienced in teaching Design and Technology across GCSE/iGCSE and A Level/BTEC levels. The role involves leading the team and overseeing Design Technology across KS3, KS4 and KS5.
Key Responsibilities - Safeguard and promote the welfare of students in line with Arbor’s Safeguarding framework, policy and Code of Conduct.
- Promote Arbor’s vision, mission and values positively and actively.
- Ensure practice aligns with the Arbor Staff Handbook and the Outstanding Support framework.
- Implement school policies, procedures and expected practices as directed by the Senior Leadership Team.
