Mô tả công việc: About the RoleThis is a dual-function role combining customer service leadership with day-to-day office administration. You will be the primary point of contact for existing clients — handling service queries, managing renewals, and driving retention — while also ensuring the smooth running of our Ho Chi Minh City office. This is a farmer role: you will look after an existing client book and build long-term relationships rather than focus on new sales. You will also take ownership of administrative tasks that keep the business operating: paperwork, regulatory filings, liaison with the tax office and other government bodies, assist agents with certifications, and internal office management.
