As the Head of Customer, Distribution & Market Management, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening Zurich’s strategic relationships in Hong Kong & Macau and collaborate with colleagues across the Greater China region
You will be an integral part of the Commercial Insurance team, leading insights, external engagement and helping to lead the delivery and execution of our growth strategy within the Hong Kong business
Job Accountabilities
Develop an overarching view of Zurich’s broker & customer relationships including identifying the key strengths and gaps as well as outlining the focus growth segments.
Effectively manage customer & broker engagement around renewal and new business pipelines across key lines of business and key countries as relevant
