Job Title: Head of Curriculum

Location: Dubai

Curriculum: CBSE

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation and review of the school's curriculum.
• Ensure alignment of teaching and learning strategies with CBSE standards.
• Support and mentor teachers to enhance instructional practices and student outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate academic programs and student progress across all grades.
• Coordinate assessments, reporting and curriculum-related initiatives.
• Actively participate in school events, professional development and strategic planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education Curriculum & Instruction or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification (Master's preferred) in Education Curriculum or Leadership.
• Minimum 5 years of curriculum leadership experience with at least 23 years in Dubai/UAE.
