Head of Corporate Health & Wellness Services

to lead our onsite clinic management and corporate care programs for partner organizations. This role will design and deliver holistic healthcare and wellness solutions that support employee well‑being, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and strengthen long‑term client partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, allied health, or related medical field (required)
• At least 8 years of healthcare experience, with 5+ years in corporate health services, clinic management, or occupational health programs
• Strong background in program development, client relationship management, and healthcare operations
• Experience in managing multi‑site teams and corporate partnerships an advantage
• In‑depth understanding of corporate wellness, occupational health standards, and DOH regulations
