Job Summary
We are working with a large Telecoms company to hire a strategic
VP of Corporate Development
with a focus on Treasury . In this role, you will serve as the architect of our global capital structure. You will own the relationship with our banking syndicate, lead our hedging strategy, and integrate equity management into the broader corporate finance framework.
Responsibilities
Strategic Capital & Debt Management Capital Architecture : Lead the strategy for Bank Facilities and Lines of Credit. You must have a track record of negotiating complex credit agreements ($100M+ range) and managing lender syndicates. Liquidity Strategy : Oversee global Cash Flow Management. You must be able to move beyond forecasting to optimizing trapped cash, inter-company funding, and overall liquidity buffers. Fundraising Leadership : Partner with the Executive Team on Fundraising rounds (Debt or Equity), ensuring the company remains well-capitalized for growth.
