Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end strategic procurement and contract management for large-scale residential projects
Drive sourcing strategies, vendor management, cost optimization, and value engineering initiatives
Manage RFQs, bid evaluations, negotiations, and commercial finalization
Ensure procurement governance, compliance, risk mitigation, and supply chain efficiency
Build strong OEM/vendor partnerships and enhance procurement processes & systems
Collaborate closely with Projects, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Business teams for seamless project execution

Ideal Candidate Profile:
B. Tech in Civil Engineer with MBA preferred
