To support our UK growth ambitions and strengthen how we understand and serve our consumers, we are looking for a Head of Consumer Insight to lead and shape insight across the organisation.
This is a pivotal, senior role responsible for coordinating, creating, and curating all quantitative consumer insight for Coloplast UK including a huge transactional database. Acting as the single point of truth for consumer insight, you will bring together multiple data sources into a clear, coherent view that informs strategy, priorities, and everyday decision‑making.
Partnering closely with senior leaders, you will ensure insight is forward‑looking, curiosity‑led, and actively shaping strategy, experience design, and long‑term outcomes — not just reporting what has already happened.
