Job Summary:
As the Head of Commercial you will oversee and manage the estimating, cost, procurement and contractual aspects of the project from initiation to close-out for Euston Station (HS2) on the joint venture with Mace and Dragados.
Key responsibilities:
Advise the client and project team on all commercial issues effecting the projectOversee the development of contractual terms and conditions for suppliers and sub- contractors and agree these with the client as necessary.Develop and implement the procurement and contracting strategy for the delivery of the projectReview and develop incentivisation arrangements as appropriateAgree spend profiles which match the project schedule with the clientOversee the reporting against spend profiles for the project on a monthly basis and coordinate with the Client finance department for paymentsLead the development and maintenance of the Incentive Target...
