We are seeking a Head of Commercial Development – APAC to lead regional commercial strategy, strategic partnerships, and full P&L ownership across the Asia-Pacific region. This role is accountable for driving sustainable revenue growth, overseeing regional commercial performance, and translating strategic alliances into measurable business results across highly diverse APAC healthcare systems.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned pharmaceutical leader with more than 5 years of direct regional P&L leadership experience, strong oncology and/or specialty product commercialization expertise, and deep knowledge of APAC market access and distribution models. This role requires a highly autonomous leader capable of navigating both developed and emerging markets within a complex, multi-country environment.
