RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the responsibility of the Head of Department, you will be involved both in clinical and operational leadership responsibilities. Your main responsibilities will be:
Lead the operational and financial oversight of the service, ensuring efficiency and alignment with institutional goals;Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, psychologists, and counselors;Instruct and supervise doctors in specialist training for genetics;Provide expert genetic consultations across a broad spectrum of conditions, including rare diseases and hereditary cancers;Ensure compliance with our quality management system and maintain high standards of clinical service delivery;Review and medically validate genetic laboratory test results;Contribute to the implementation of new diagnostic methods and technologies;Participate in national and i...
