Role Purpose

We are seeking a commercially minded Head of Claims to lead our Claims function in London. This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for claims strategy, service delivery and delegated authority oversight and customer outcomes. You will shape capability, strengthen governance and work closely with clients, brokers and senior stakeholders to drive performance in a growing specialty insurance business.
