Position Overview
- Design and implement the company’s Internal Academy aligned with business goals and workforce development needs.
- Build a structured learning framework covering:
- Frontline operational training
- Store management capability development
- Establish governance models, learning standards, and capability frameworks across the organization.
- Develop annual learning roadmaps and budget plans.
- Develop competency-based learning pathways for different roles across store partners and operations.
- Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and capability priorities.
- Lead the selection, design, and implementation of the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) or digital learning platform.
