The Capability Transformation (CT) Head leads the team responsible for enhancing the Nordic Marketing Company’s market approach and evolving our business model. This role requires collaborating with Business Units, Medical, and Market Access to develop L&D strategies, upskilling programs, and a future-ready organization This is an office based role.
