As Head of Business Studies, you will be the expert in subject development for the organisation; leading the approach to developing teachers in Business Studies. 

Do you have significant expertise/experience in designing curriculum for teachers or teacher educators, and do you have research informed knowledge of effective curriculum sequencing?

Do you have experience of developing others within the context of your subject specialism? Are you a subject matter expert, and your knowledge of the pedagogy underpinning your subject specialism is exemplary?
