International Cancer Specialists is a Singapore-based private oncology practice delivering clinically‑led cancer care to patients from across the region. We combine senior specialist expertise with a deeply patient‑centred operating model; every patient is treated as if they were our own family. We are a small, tightly‑held team with strong consultant leadership and an active regional referral footprint, including operations supporting overseas patients.
We are looking for a Head of Business Development to lead the growth of medical patient referrals into ICD. This is the commercial engine of the practice: building, nurturing and converting referrer relationships – public and private oncologists, GPs, specialist clinics, insurance partners and overseas channels – into a sustained pipeline of patients who choose ICD for their cancer care.
