Job Description:

Head of Business Development, new 4 star branded hotel. £50,000 – £55,000 per annum, quarterly bonus & 10% pension contribution along with staff rate worldwide with the brand. Reports into Head of Commercial & working alongside a BDM. 

150 bedroom hotel that will be opening in Spring 2027. An amazing opportunity to play a pivotal role in the hotel launch and be integral to the opening whilst establishing the hotel within the Birmingham market. 80% focus on accommodation/20% M&E. Strong global brand.
