This is a remote role with the expectation of regular travel to our London office and other Jensten locations across the UK when required, ensuring strong collaboration with colleagues, stakeholders and broker partners.
As our Head of Broker Distribution, you will shape, lead and deliver the distribution and sales strategy for Jensten Products across our UK broker partner channel. You’ll be accountable for achieving growth, retention and profitability targets across our product sets, while ensuring brokers receive top quartile service and support. This is a highly visible, strategic position - working closely with senior leadership, underwriting, product, marketing and data teams to influence proposition development and strengthen our broker relationships.
