Champion data-driven decision-making by setting standards for reporting, analytics, and performance measurement across the team; own senior-level dashboards and KPI frameworks.
Navigate complex regulatory environments, ensuring all programmatic activity complies with advertising regulations in regulated markets (e.g. UK, Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, Spain) and adapting approaches in non-regulated markets.
