Job Description

We’re currently looking to hire a Head of Asset Allocation Investment Specialists to join L&G Asset Management.

You’ll be part of L&G’s Asset Allocation team, which manages over £100 billion across pooled and segregated multi‑asset funds. The team integrates four complementary groups:

• Economists – providing macroeconomic foundations
• Strategists – translating macro insights into investment themes
• Fund Managers – designing and managing portfolios
• Investment Specialists (AAIS) – articulating investment views, fund impacts and driving client engagement

As Head of Asset Allocation Investment Specialists (AAIS) you will hold a central role within L&G’s strategically important Asset Allocation team, leading 5 London based investment specialists and overseeing offshore work via our outsourcing partners.
