About the Role We’re representing a leading financial institution hiring a Head of AI to lead its enterprise-wide AI strategy. This executive role will drive ethical, scalable AI solutions across risk, compliance and supervisory functions, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities - Define and execute AI strategy aligned with regulatory priorities
- Oversee end-to-end AI model development, deployment & governance
- Ensure transparency, explainability & ethical use of AI
- Engage with internal teams & external stakeholders to embed innovation
Requirements - 15+ years in tech, with 5+ in leading AI at scale
- Strong AI/ML technical depth across NLP, automation, and risk use cases
