We are now looking for a commercially driven and business-oriented Head of Sales to lead and scale our Access Management offering, a central pillar of our IAM portfolio and a key driver of our future growth.

In this role, you will report to the CSO and take full ownership of the commercial success of the business area. You will shape the strategy, accelerate growth, and lead an international sales organisation. This is a role for someone who enjoys setting direction as much as rolling up their sleeves to make things happen, someone who wants to build, not just manage.

Based in Stockholm, you will collaborate closely with product, delivery, and partners across Europe.
