This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and carries enterprise-wide responsibility for operational performance, manufacturing strategy, and plant excellence.

The mandate is to strengthen manufacturing capability, enhance operational efficiency, and drive sustainable growth across a complex, multi-site footprint.
