Head Integrated Disability Management

Our client is seeking a Head of Integrated Disability Management to provide executive leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight of an integrated disability management function, encompassing rehabilitation, disability management, and pensioner welfare services. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering a person-centred, integrated model that optimises recovery, return-to-work outcomes, long-term disability management, and social protection initiatives. This role will ensure regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, operational excellence, and measurable organisational and societal impact. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong understanding of disability management, rehabilitation services, social protection frameworks, stakeholder management, and organisational governance.
