Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and service-driven Head Hostess to oversee the reception area and manage guest flow within the restaurant. The ideal candidate will lead the hostess team, control reservations, optimize seating strategies, and ensure a seamless and welcoming guest experience from arrival to table assignment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in hostess, reception, or customer service roles
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of reservation systems (OpenTable or similar)
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to manage high-volume environments and multitask effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations and service flow
