Skills & Competencies: - Minimum FGASA Level 2 (NQF 4) or equivalent guiding qualification
- Valid Trails Guide qualification
- Proven experience as a Head Guide or Safari Manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience guiding in Big 5 reserves and luxury 5-star lodges
- Valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP)
- Current Wilderness First Aid certification
- Valid Advanced Rifle Handling (ARH) qualification
- SAPS business competency for rifle use
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Mature, professional, and responsible demeanour, with the ability to mentor and inspire a guiding team
