We are seeking an exceptional Head Ghillie (Head Concierge) to lead and inspire our Concierge team at The Fife Arms. This is a rare opportunity to shape and deliver truly individual, immersive guest experiences in one of the world’s most distinctive luxury hotels. Combining a passion for service with strong commercial instinct, you will elevate every stage of the guest journey—while driving revenue through curated experiences, partnerships, and bespoke services. Working closely with the Deputy General Manager, Front of House Manager, and Reservations & Revenue Manager, you will position the Ghillie team at the heart of the guest experience, acting as both host and storyteller for everything the hotel and local area have to offer.
