Role Overview
The Head – Employee Relations & Compliance will be responsible for driving the organization’s Employee Relations strategy, disciplinary governance, labor compliance, and workplace conduct frameworks.
The role requires a highly mature and strategic HR-ER professional with strong legal acumen, excellent drafting capabilities, and proven expertise in handling sensitive employee matters including disciplinary actions, POSH cases, misconduct investigations, fraud cases, grievance management, and compliance-related interventions.
