Manage and oversee all contractual matters related to business operations in Delhi. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. Collaborate with internal teams to provide legal advice on contract-related issues. Monitor contract execution to ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions.
