Eligibility
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably Master’s in Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, Business, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institute/university (certifications are a plus).
Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.
Skills
Strong understanding of financing products and risk management.
Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, SAS, or Python for data analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years’ experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role in consumer credit risk/policy within banking or financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Leading the development and governance of credit policies across personal finance, credit cards, auto financing, and home financing portfolios, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
