Position Summary/Description:
Assist the Head Coach with all aspects of the Men’s and Women’s Track & Field program, including but not limited to practice and competition management, student-athlete skill development, recruiting, planning and implementing daily training sessions and competitions, organizing and administering clinics, and handling administrative tasks essential to program operations. The role requires integrity, leadership, and a strong commitment to motivating, teaching, counseling, and recruiting academically qualified student-athletes.

Education and Experience:
Prefer at least 1 year in relevant independent or educational activities.

Essential Skills:
2 -5 years of successful intercollegiate experience, preferably, at the Division I level, and knowledge of NCAA Rules & Regulations; USATF & IAAF Rules pertinent to hosting a compliant track meet preferred. S...
