Responsibilities

• Partner with the Studio Manager and Regional Leadership to ensure studio success
• Lead, manage and develop a dynamic team of fitness professionals
• Recruit, train and educate new OTF coaches
• Handle member concerns professionally and resolve them
• Work with the sales team to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout
