Lead Product Management and Business Development for all clearing products across five asset classes, managing two team leaders and overall team performance.
Define and execute the clearing product strategy and roadmap, ensuring competitiveness in terms of coverage, connectivity, pricing, and service levels. Identify and drive growth opportunities, including new market segments, trading venue connections, partnerships, and interoperability initiatives, with ownership of business cases and regulatory processes.
Act as senior business interface and escalation point for strategic clearing members, trading venues, and key partners, closely aligned with the Executive Team and Sales.
Represent Clearing at senior internal and external forums, including the Clearing Management Committee, regulatory and industry working groups, and selected client events.
