The venue, we are hiring for, is a multi-level Asian BBQ and grill restaurant, cocktail bar, and live music venue located in the centre of Bowness-on-Windermere. As Head Chef, the successful candidate will lead the overall running of the kitchen, lead the team during service, and confidently take control of shifts when required.
