A popular costal pub is seeking an ambitious Head Chef to maintain the excellent standards of its fresh seasonal menu popular with guests, locals and visitors to the area. Serving traditional & classic pub dishes made using fresh seasonal produce to 60-120 covers. In this role of Head Chef you will be responsible for all areas of kitchen management including paperwork; implementation of hygiene legislation; financial performance; ordering and stock management.
Requirements:
A Head Chef who can show longevity working in a similar fresh food environment, where you were cooking all dishes from scratch using high quality, fresh ingredients. The role needs a strong team leader with good motivation and development skills who works well under pressure. All applicants should be fully aware of current hygiene legislation with experience of training others in this area and ensuring it is followed at all times.
