Job Summary Prepare and cook Chinese-style stir-fries and small-portion dishes while managing ingredient orders and ensuring timely fulfillment of daily takeout orders.
Responsibilities - Prepare Chinese-style stir-fry dishes and small-portion Chinese meals according to menu specifications
- Independently order ingredients by assessing quality and comparing prices to optimize purchasing decisions
- Coordinate with management to incorporate new dishes as requested, adapting cooking processes accordingly
- Manage daily takeout orders to ensure accurate and timely preparation and delivery
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management to meet operational needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications - Prior work experience in Singaporeβs food service industry
