Head Chef – Premium Greek & Mediterranean -Restaurant - Mayfair 70k + Bonus
 An opportunity to lead the launch of a prestigious new restaurant at the heart of Mayfair.
We are recruiting for a dynamic Head Chef to spearhead the launch of a new high-end Greek and Mediterranean restaurant in Mayfair. This exciting new opening is part of a global premium restaurant group, offering significant creative freedom and a clear path for growth.
The Head Chef Role:
 This is a pivotal role for a Head Chef to build and lead a brigade of 20-25, drive all kitchen operations, and deliver an exceptional food experience.
Develop and execute menus in collaboration with Greek consultant chefs and the group's Head of Food.
Manage a high-volume kitchen with Robata grill and wood-fired oven, serving up to 600 covers daily.
Lead recruitment and training for the new brigade, fostering a culture of excellence.
