Job Title: Head Chef

We are looking for a Head Chef to join our busy Pho restaurant located at Castle Street, Liverpool.

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen team in all sections and lead by example.
• Manage and mentor a team of chefs, including wok chefs, line chefs and sous chefs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.
• Control stock, monitor par levels and manage mindful ordering.
• Use kitchen and stock management systems (e.g. Acquire).

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in a head chef role or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing diverse kitchen teams.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance.
• Ability to organise and maintain stock levels.
• Comfortable using kitchen management software.
