The owners of a luxury holiday resort located in the stunning Lincolnshire countryside is seeking an experienced Head Chef to modernise and revamp the menus offered in the 100 cover restaurant. The brasserie style concept will introduce seasonally changing dishes prepared using fresh local produce. This is a great opportunity for a Head Chef to make their mark on a property and responsibilities will include menu design, implementing standards and systems to ensure that a quality service is provided for the onsite customers. The hours are mainly day time but you will be required to work some evenings as well, to accommodate for functions and weddings. This is an ideal position for a forward thinking and ambitious Head Chef.
Requirements:
