A luxury safari lodge situated within a renowned Big 5 reserve in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking an experienced HEAD CHEF to join their team.
The successful candidate will assist in overseeing the kitchen operations across two luxury lodge properties, including hot kitchen, cold kitchen, baking, and scullery operations. The role requires a strong focus on consistency, presentation, hygiene standards, training, guest interaction, and innovative bush dining experiences.
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of multiple lodge kitchens
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards are maintained at all times
