Weekly sales averaging £50K–£65K
High volume and branded menu, fast paced

The Ideal Head Chef:

Proven experience in casual dining at high volume
Background handling large teams and 50k weekly sales
Strong people skills - a team mentor
Understanding of group systems, ordering and stock
Knowledgeable on back of house administration
