Head Chef – French Café

We are hiring an experienced Head Chef for our French café.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations
• Prepare and create authentic French dishes
• Manage kitchen staff and schedules
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Control stock, costing, and wastage

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as Senior Chef
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
• Passion for French cuisine and creativity in menu planning
