Responsibilities
- Lead daily kitchen operations
- Prepare and create authentic French dishes
- Manage kitchen staff and schedules
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Control stock, costing, and wastage
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as Senior Chef
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
- Passion for French cuisine and creativity in menu planning
