Join a fast-paced, high-volume branded restaurant group with multiple London sites. We're looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen – fresh food, fast service, great training.
The Role:
Lead a brigade of 6-8 chefs in a high-volume siteManage ordering, stock, rotas, and food safetyOversee fresh food prep – full training provided5 weeks training before taking over your own kitchenThe Ideal Candidate:
