SUMMARY:
A 4-star Game Lodge in the Eastern Cape is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen team and deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, maintaining high culinary standards, managing stock and food costs, and leading the kitchen brigade. This role is suited to a dedicated chef with previous lodge experience who is looking for a long-term opportunity within a professional hospitality environment.
