Roles & Responsibilities 1. Management & Leadership - Lead and oversee the overall framework for casework and counselling services for residents within the Hostel.
- Manage departmental budgeting and expenditure in alignment with organisational objectives and goals.
- Develop sustainable staff structures, career pathways, and progression plans in collaboration with the Division Head and Corporate Services.
- Foster positive working relationships among staff, residents, stakeholders, and sector professionals.
- Ensure staff practices are aligned with the organisation’s philosophy and service standards.
