Position Overview
Responsibilities: Mental Health Support & Early Intervention - Identify, assess, and support employees experiencing stress, fatigue, emotional distress, or work‑related challenges
- Provide individual and group‑based support sessions on coping strategies, stress management, and emotional wellbeing (within non‑clinical boundaries)
- Monitor cases, recommend appropriate interventions, and maintain confidential documentation
Preventive Wellbeing Programmes - Design, implement, and review preventive mental health and wellbeing initiatives
- Develop and disseminate mental health education materials for employees
Advisory, Training & Capability Building - Train supervisors and Care Support Officers (CASOs) to recognise early signs of mental distress and conduct supportive conversations
