GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Supports and assists Operation Manager in making the most effective and efficient supplies and services. Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of business activities and that all outstanding cases are handled properly. Invoice billing must be accurate and sent to debtors in a timely basis.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure compliance with the company's Vision, Mission statements, goals, objectives and values.
- Supervise daily operations of departments such as Admissions, Cashier, Billing, GL Verification, Credit Management, and Emergency Registrations.
- Prepare monthly reports for management review.
- Maintain Account Receivable; correct accounting codes and amounts are charged to each patientβs bill.
- Ensure completeness of insurance reports and all required documents (invoice, guarantee letter, insurance form).
