Your Role

As Head Banking Products & Product Governance at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are a hands‑on leader responsible for the group‑wide product governance framework and the management of banking products, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational readiness, and efficient approval processes across all product families and provide product governance leadership across the group, including the management of the Product Committee Office (PCO), the coordination of product reviews, consolidated supervision of products across all entities, and the oversight of banking product families incl. structured products.
